What it is

An official access link is a special, event-specific URL. Whoever opens it can score that one event on their own phone or tablet, and their entries flow straight into the meet — without logging in or seeing anything else.

Share an event

    Open the event

    Go to the field or vertical event you want to hand off.

    Copy the access link

    Use Copy to grab the event's shareable link.

  3. 3

    Send it to your official

    Text or email the link to the person scoring. They open it and start entering marks immediately.

Treat the link like a key

Anyone with the link can score that event, so only share it with the people who should. It grants access to that single event — nothing else in your meet or team.

Where it's used

Official links are available for field events and vertical jumps — the events most often scored out at the runway, pit, or apron.
