Create a TF meet
A short wizard walks you through setting up a track & field meet: who's competing, the events, and the meet's details.
Start the wizard

Open Create Meet
Sidebar → Meets → Create Meet.

Choose Track & Field
On the first step (“Create a meet”), pick Track & Field.

Say who's competing
On Who's competing? choose the setup that matches your meet — a practice meet, just your team, or hosting and inviting other teams.

Add meet details & events
On Meet details, add the name, date, time, and location, and choose the events your meet will include. Then create the meet.
Hosting a meet needs a pass
Creating and scoring meets requires a valid pass for the meet host — see pricing. Joining and viewing meets is always free.
What's next
After the meet exists, add athletes on the Entries page, then generate heats & flights and score events.
