Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to QuickMeet and SprintSight, products of Iron Hill Digital LLC (“Iron Hill Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled securely and responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our websites, apps, and services — including QuickMeet (team and meet management) and SprintSight (camera-based sprint timing).
2. Information We Collect
QuickMeet
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, login and registration dates
- Team Information: Team name, team state, and team level
- Athlete Information: Athlete name, grade, and gender
- Information on how you interact with our website, including IP address, browser type, and access times.
- Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. QuickMeet does not collect or store any payment information on our servers, with the exception of the payment ID and date to enable premium services.
SprintSight
SprintSight's core timing, camera, and results features run entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your camera images, video, or on-device sensor data — all motion and pose detection happens locally on your iPhone and is never uploaded anywhere. Run results (run number, time, speed, distance) are stored locally on your device and are only shared off-device if you choose to use SprintSight's export feature to send them via Messages, Notes, Mail, or another app of your choosing. If you optionally sign in with your QuickMeet account to link a team roster, we collect the same Personal Information and Team Information described above.
3. How We Use Your Information
QuickMeet
- To associate coaches and athletes with teams for the purpose of scoring track and field meets.
SprintSight
- To attribute recorded runs to the correct athlete, only if you choose to sign in and link a team roster.
4. How We Protect Your Information
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data. However, no online transmission is 100% secure, and we encourage users to take precautions when sharing information online. Passwords are stored in an encrypted format. All other information is public to the users of the site.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties…at all.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information.
- Opt out of receiving marketing emails.
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies to improve site functionality and enhance your user experience. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
