Getting Started
What is QuickMeet?
QuickMeet is an all-in-one platform for running cross country and track & field programs — from daily training through meet day and results.
The big picture
QuickMeet brings two jobs that used to live in separate tools into one place:
- Meet management — create meets, take entries, generate heats, score every event, and publish live results for cross country and track & field.
- Coaching suite — manage your roster, plan and log workouts, track training load and injuries, set goals, build lineups, and follow personal records across the season.
Who it's for
- Cross Country and Track Coaches — the people creating meets, scoring events, and running a team day to day.
- Athletes — who get their own login to see assigned workouts, log results, set goals, and follow their progress.
- Families & fans — who can view live results and scoreboards with no account at all.
Two sports, one workflow
QuickMeet handles cross country (XC) and track & field (TF) side by side. The core ideas are the same — create a meet, add entries, score it, share results — but each sport has tools built for how it actually runs: bib-based finish-chute scoring for XC, and heats, flights, and field-event tracking for TF.

What you can do
A quick tour of the main areas (each has its own guide):
- Meets — build XC and TF meets, manage entries, and score results in real time.
- Coaching — attendance, workouts, a training calendar, training-load/ACWR analytics, goals, injuries, groups, and lineups.
- Results & sharing — public results pages and a live cross country scoreboard you can share with one link.
- Athlete portal — a dedicated, athlete-facing view of their training and performance.
